FLOOR PLANS FOR 25 DEEP CREEK

To get an idea what the inside of 25 Deep Creek will look like, start by checking out our video at the top of the Gallery section.  This will give you an overall idea of the look and feel of all of our houses. To see the specific design choices planned for this house, see the selections below. Selections are current as of May 2021 but are subject to change.

Exterior colors will be Cornwall Slate (grayish green) with white trim, and Buckingham limestone, pictured below. Front entry features a double arched front door.

Interior colors will be Repose Gray with accents in Dorian Gray. Cabinets will be white shaker with a gray kitchen island and gray cabinets in the upstairs bathrooms and bonus room.  Countertops will be gray and white marble, concrete gray quartz and zen white quartz.

The master bath will have white statuary tile in the shower and on the floors. The other first floor bath will have light green subway tile in the shower, with 2" marble hexagon tile used as an accent in the soap niche and on the shower floor.
