Chapel Ridge is a beautiful golf course community just outside of Pittsboro, close to the "next RTP" now under development in Chatham County.

Our first home located at 25 Deep Creek was completed and sold in July 2021. This 3750 sq ft home features four bedrooms and four baths, a Master Suite on the first floor, a bonus room on the second floor, and a first floor study that can double as an inlaws suite or guest suite with its own full bathroom.
