This home ( on the corner in the picture below) was completed in July 2021. It is located in the golf course community of Chapel Ridge just outside of Pittsboro, close to the "next RTP" now under development in Chatham County.

This 3750 sq ft home features four bedrooms and four baths, a Master Suite on the first floor, a bonus room on the second floor, and a first floor study that can double as an inlaws suite or guest suite with its own full bathroom.

We chose this beautiful golf course lot for our first home in Chapel Ridge.

The double arched front doors and wide foyer give the house a spacious and elegant feel. There is also a built in picture nook across from the stairs.

All Glen Arbor Homes have a built in "secret room" under the stairs that opens through a faux wall at the back of the coat closet.

The coffered ceiling in the formal dining room provides a touch of elegance when you first enter the house.

In this picture you can see the kitchen side of the Great Room, along with the breakfast nook and living room. The gas cooktop comes complete with a pot filler and wood range hood above.

Here is a view of the other side of the great room, where you can see the fireplace flanked with floating shelves and storage on either side. The hallway on the right leads to the first floor Master Suite.

This home design takes advantage of the beautiful golf course view at every opportunity. Here you can see it from the screened porch.

The beautiful golf course view can also be seen from the Master Bedroom on the first floor.

The Master Suite includes a double his and hers closet featuring custom built-ins, including shoe shelves, a mirror and bench and its own window for natural light.

The Master Bath has a spa-like feel, with statuary tile on the floors that continues into the shower and surrounds the free standing tub just out of view. All of the bathrooms feature quartz countertops.

This is the study off the main foyer across from the formal dining room. It has windows for plenty of light, a double closet for ample storage, and French doors for privacy.

Here is the first floor bath, which you can enter from the hallway. It also has a pocket door leading into the study. This first floor study can also be used as an inlaws suite or guest suite with its own full bathroom.

The beautiful views continue from the bonus room on the second floor, complete with a snack bar and built in beverage refrigerator.
